My girlfriend, Siobhan, and I were brainstorming one morning about places we could go for breakfast and nothing really sounded that good to me. She finally suggested Cafe Patachou, a small restaurant on 49th and Pennsylvania street. I had never heard of it but she said that she had always heard wonderful things about the food and atmosphere, so we decided to give it a try. As soon as we arrived I noticed that they were extremely busy and my dad always says that is a great sign to a good restaurant. We were seated at the bar after a short wait and both ordered the French toast, which is what Siobhan had heard such wonderful things about and now I know why. If you are ever in the area, make sure to give Cafe Patachou a try for breakfast or lunch!
